How much does shipping and handling cost?

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the number of items purchased, where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen. Please review the order total before confirming your purchase.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

All orders are processed by Give Back a Pack within one business day. The remainder of the delivery time is carrier transit. You will receive a UPS tracking number along with the shipping confirmation email at the end of the day your order ships. Please use the tracking number to get an estimated delivery date.

What is your exchange/return policy?

GBP accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of online purchase. We can only exchange/return unworn products purchased from givebackapack.com.

Customers are responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as GBP will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. Please note GBP does not accept worn or damaged merchandise for return or exchange.

We distribute backpacks through the Give Back a Pack Foundation, a nonprofit organization and a registered 501(c)(3) organization that focuses solely on the collection and distribution of backpacks, school supplies and monetary donations. This partnership allows us to effectively handle every part of the giving process and to efficiently deliver as many supply-filled backpacks as possible. How do you determine who gets the backpacks?

When determining our drop off locations we first research the need in the community. We aim to target communities with low or even no funding for school supplies. If you have a specific community in mind or would like to help us coordinate a future drop off please contact us.

What is in each backpack?

Inside each bag is a combination of basic yet essential school supplies such as notepads, folders, pens, pencils, markers, erasers, colored pencils, and crayons.

What impact is a donated back pack making in a child's life?

By donating something as simple as a backpack with basic school supplies you are taking the first step to help make a significant difference in the life of a child. In many of these Countries without basic school supplies children are turned down from schools and thus forced into a life of illiteracy.
